If you opt for a custom enterprise solution, the price difference will be discussed with you, and the adjustment will be made accordingly.
Does RentZoro affect my credit score?
No. RentZoro has a partnership with TransUnion to run soft credit checks. Soft credit checks, will NEVER appear or affect an applicant's credit history or score.
Does RentZoro collect bank details from tenants?
Yes, RentZoro only uses this information to validate income and assets to calculate tenant affordability.
However, we do not store sensitive financial data or credentials. RentZoro uses Plaid, a trusted service used by over 8,000 applications, to securely connect with financial institutions.
Does RentZoro require a SIN (Social Insurance Number)?
No, providing a SIN is completely optional and not mandatory for tenant screening.
